Lists are awesome

Hej there! I wanted to start a blog for a long time but I have a strong fear that very bad things might come out of putting yourself out there, on the internet. Burglars, stalkers, weird questions at job interviews, friends who discover my blog and think I am nuts... However I read blogs religiosly and I just really really want to write. And so here it goes. When things get weird, I can always shut this down. And probably no one will ever read this and I can write and be happy. Ok, to explain the blog title, I am 26 years old, recent med school graduate and totally overwhelmed by life. Absolutely. I cannot for the life of me wear matching socks regularly, the second one can be found maybe once a week. And since chaos is just such a big component in my life, it felt like a good blog title. And here comes the list: Things that make me happy today: 1. Chai tea! I am currently searching for the perfect recipe for a chai tea from scratch, no tea bags and all. And it is difficult, you guys. For now, my tea tastes kind of nice but not very strong and special. Maybe more ginger? 2. Nerdy discussions about movies! I have a friend who I love dearly who has an obsession with movies. I love movies too and I love talking about all the details and logic and music and characters...Right now the burning topic is "The Hobbit". 3. Christmas is soon! It is my favourite holiday. Everyone gets presents, the house is very warm, cosy and festive, we have a meal we do just eat for Christmas( Swedish ham) and there are cookies and a christmas tree and the hope for snow. I just LOVE it! 4. I am superbroke right now but I still want to give awesome presents. And I found a book for my mum which is usually very expensive for a steal on ebay. Score! 5. Parks and Recreation! I never thought I would like that show, I expected some kind of office humour show with jokes about copy machines and then I watched the pilot and was like: well...but then I watched the second episode started to fall in love with it. And when the Leslie-Ben romace starts, it does not get better than that! This show is awesome, funny, entertaining, surprising and even feministic( the main character Leslie gets everything done! She is awesome and the strongest person on the show.)What is not to love? Ok, that´s it for today. I haven´t wuite figured out yet what I am going to write about, just that my original idea about a fashion blog is out of the question since I am the brokest I have ever been. Maybe a ramblings blog! Awesome. The internet needs more of that. Have a strangely awesome week!
